Flinders University Choral Society, in conjunction with Flinders University Chamber Ensemble, presents: Sanctus A Concert of Sacred Music.

Works include Vivaldi’s Gloria, movements from Fauré‘s Requiem, and pieces by Mozart.

When: Wednesday 28th Oct at 1pm and Saturday 31st Oct at 7pm.

Venue: Flinders University Function Centre, opposite Car Park 5 on the Central Campus.

Tickets: $10/$15 at the door or from FUCS and FUCE members. Email Kathryn or Riana for more information and to purchase tickets pre-show.

FUCS Camp September 09

Hi, fellow FUCSters!
This semester’s concert is full of fun but sometimes tricky music and so, we’ve organised a weekend rehearsal/camp for September.

When: Sat 19th and Sun 20th September, 2009

Where:
Sat- Religious Centre/OASIS Common Room. (Opposite the Specsavers in the Mall on the Central Campus).

Time: Sat- 10am to 4:30pm, followed by dinner at Caffe Primo in Blackwood.

Sun- Noel Stockdale Room in the Central Library.

Time: Sun- 10am to 5pm, including a Revue from 3pm.

Please bring: munchies and drinks to share for lunch and mid-morning snacks. Tea and coffee facilities are available in the Religious Centre but you will need your own cup.

We know that not everyone can be at the camp for the entire 2 days but we ask that you come along for as much time as you can spare. The more we practice, the better we’ll be at our concerts!
